The bed was very soft, relative to other hotels I’ve stayed in it is very clean, little run down but fine. I like they have filtered water.

The hotel price in prime location, Spacious room, Great rooftop for swim and catching Sunset/Sunrise, Excellent customer service all the way from check-in, during our stay, until checkout. Prompt to fix and keen to improve when we give feedback. Great work attitudes, always smile and staff always helpful when you need anything. We will definitely be back for another stay with you 😄👍 Keep up the good work guys!!!

- The lobby is nice. - The breakfast has various option and tastes good. - The bathroom is clean. - The staff is polite. - The location is top. It is also surrounded by good food.

Thx to Ginanjar (if i don't mistaken) for excellence service during check in. Nice city view, and hey you provide the bolster!!! What a nice touch for Indonesian. Love it!! All room facilities are working good, thx for the service
